Polyurea Protective coatings - the ultimate in concrete and steel asset protection. Polyurea has revolutionised the protective coatings industry. The ability to form it's superior characteristics in such short time frames and cure even with the presence of moisture has resulted in the use of polyurea growing rapidly worldwide.  Call Us to discuss your project
Our unique polyurea range have excellent chemical, impact & abrasion resistance. The spray applied system adheres to the substrate with a vice like grip, but remains permanently elastomeric, resulting in a robust protective membrane that will not peel flake or crack. One other major advantage is its rapid cure nature, it can be walked on and exposed to water in minutes, this In turn minimises return to service times.

Typical applications

  • Waste water - manholes, clarifiers
  • Effluent ponds
  • Silos
  • Rail cars & Tipper Trucks
  • Pipelines
  • Wet wells
  • Reservoirs
  • Bridge decks
  • Crack bridging
  • Tanking
  • Aeration ponds
  • Tunnels
  • Processing facilities
  • Secondary Containment
  • Concrete and steel protection

Waste water treatment plants process sewerage containing high levels of sulphuric acid and solids causing their facilities to deteriorate. Concrete structures such as sedimentation tanks often leak through unintentional cracks causing contamination of ground water. In addition, the presence of aggressive chemicals leads to spalled concrete and corrosion of steel reinforcement weakening the structure. Often defects in these tanks are temporarily repaired by resurfacing with polymer modified cementitious mortar. Over a long term cost analysis, the cost of on-going temporary repairs amounts to more than the cost associated with providing a permanent solution.

That solution is P90 polyurea. It is extremely chemical resistant, abrasion resistant and has excellent adhesion properties. It will never flake, peel or crack. Unlike other lining systems, such as epoxies, P90 cures rapidly and is chemically resistant after hours thus minimising return to service times. Cured P90 linings are smooth and do not support growth of micro-organisms making it effortless to maintain and clean.
